H.B.L. Cancellation Policy

"My clients  are very important to me. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary;  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive H.B.L. services.  Out of respect for all my clients needs,  I request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Less than 24 hour notice will result in a   $25.00 cancellation charge that must be paid in order to reschedule your appoinment."
